Product Development Lead

About the role

Decolure is seeking a Product Development Lead to own the concept creation for new private‑label products. You will translate market signals, customer insights, and competitive data into differentiated product briefs that guide research, sourcing, design, and branding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product concept briefs, including positioning, USP architecture, naming, size/variation mix, packaging direction, listing angle, and brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (research, sourcing, design, brand management) to ensure alignment and execution of the concept.
• Continuously improve existing product lines by providing strategic direction based on data‑driven insights.
• Allocate effort roughly 60% to deep concept work, 25% to partnership and decision‑making, and 15% to ongoing product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in product strategy, product marketing, product innovation, and product development.
• Strong background in product management, product launch, consumer brand strategy, and category management.
• Conversational English and ability to work autonomously in a remote, data‑focused environment.
