Product Operations Communications Analyst

About the role

This role supports Product Operations by designing, maintaining and executing a centralised communications approach for open‑content initiatives. You will ensure that workstreams across Product, Operations and Delivery are clearly communicated, well‑coordinated and visible to the right stakeholders at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and execute a centralised open‑content communications plan aligned to priorities and timelines.
• Consolidate updates from product managers, project managers and other stakeholders into clear, consistent communications.
• Collaborate with Product Operations analysts to embed accurate data, metrics and KPIs tailored to each audience.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market communications for product launches, aligning messaging, timelines and updates across product, commercial and communication teams.
• Balance insight, detail and clarity for senior leadership, delivery teams and broader stakeholder groups.
• Maintain stakeholder lists, distribution channels and ensure communications reach the correct audiences.
• Own the structure, content and upkeep of SharePoint sites and related documentation repositories.
• Identify gaps, overlaps or risks in communications or launch readiness and raise them with Product Operations leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in product operations, business operations, communications or coordination‑focused analyst roles.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional, audience‑appropriate updates for a global stakeholder group.
• Strong attention to tone, clarity and structure when communicating complex, technical or data‑backed information.
• Experience supporting or coordinating product launches or go‑to‑market activities from a communications perspective.
• Comfortable working alongside analysts and interpreting metrics and KPIs without being responsible for producing the analysis.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
