Product Training Consultant – Border Management

About the role

SITA is seeking a Product Training Consultant specialized in Border Management to deliver high‑impact learning solutions for airport, airline and border technologies. The role focuses on the Latin America region, requiring training delivery in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and involves adapting global training assets to local needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and on‑site training sessions to customers, partners and internal teams across LATAM and other regions as needed.
• Customize and localize existing training content to meet regional, linguistic and customer requirements.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for multilingual training material, validating machine‑translated content.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training assets.
• Update training materials in response to product changes, feedback and operational needs.
• Define and maintain standards for training quality, consistency and terminology across languages.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools to support delivery and track effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning Technologies, Languages or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering professional or technical training.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for multicultural audiences.
