Rapid Prototyping CEO Projects & AI Operator

About the role

Terrific is looking for a Rapid Prototyping (RPT) specialist to work directly with the CEO on high‑impact projects. This remote, Latin‑America based position blends strategic thinking, AI‑driven research, and execution across revenue, partnerships, product, and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver special projects for the CEO covering revenue, partnerships, market expansion, AI workflows, and internal systems.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, drafting, workflow design, meeting preparation, and execution cycles.
• Produce commercial briefs, operating documents, account plans, market maps, partner analyses, and decision memos.
• Translate vague CEO priorities into clear workstreams with owners, deadlines, and measurable outputs.
• Pressure‑test ideas with commercial logic and build repeatable AI‑assisted workflows for marketing, sales, and client strategy.
• Support founder‑led growth initiatives where speed, preparation, and sharpness are critical.

Required profile

• 3+ years in strategy, founder’s office, GTM ops, consulting, product strategy, biz ops, or similar high‑output environments.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous projects from start to finish.
• Strong AI fluency for research, synthesis, automation, and knowledge‑management use cases.
• Experience in at least one of eCommerce, Marketing, or Media and ability to become commercially fluent across all three quickly.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, and presentation skills with high stamina and low ego.
