About the role

LeadFlow REI is seeking a full‑time Remote Real Estate Lead Generation Representative. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying residential real‑estate opportunities, turning raw data into high‑quality leads that fuel our investors' growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to generate new leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on real‑estate criteria and maintain detailed interaction records.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Track and report lead‑generation metrics using CRM or sales software.

Required profile

  • Background in real‑estate and familiarity with property principles.
  • Proficiency in sales and lead‑conversion techniques.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems or sales software is a plus.
  • Previous lead‑generation experience in the real‑estate sector is advantageous.
