Recruiter – Bogotá

About the role

Atoms is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its Bogotá office. You will design and manage the full interview process, partner with hiring managers, and help build high‑performing teams for our Physical AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design interview processes, structure panel interviews, and create assessment briefs aligned with Atoms job profiles.
• Implement talent strategies to identify hiring gaps, source and engage candidates, and build teams.
• Utilize Atoms’ tool stack to track outreach, organize the talent pipeline, and leverage data for recruiting optimization.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Experience handling high‑volume hiring.
• Strong alignment and communication with hiring managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
