Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Logistics Company

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for a logistics client, covering warehousing, trucking, driver, and brokerage positions. You will be the single point of accountability for filling every role and building a reliable pipeline of entry‑ and mid‑level sales talent, especially through university partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for all roles, including warehouse staff, truck drivers, logistics brokers, and sales personnel.
• Build, maintain, and continuously refresh a robust pipeline of entry‑level sales candidates.
• Develop and own partnerships with regional universities, career services, faculty, student organizations, and alumni networks.
• Establish internship and new‑graduate hiring programs that feed directly into the entry‑level sales pipeline.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, CDL/driver networks, and industry‑specific channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
• Manage applicant tracking, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and DOT/FMCSA requirements for driver positions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with high‑volume or multi‑discipline hiring.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining candidate pipelines, especially for entry‑level or sales roles.
• Proven ability to establish and grow relationships with universities, career centers, and campus organizations.
• Strong sourcing skills across diverse role types and channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for connecting with early‑career candidates.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple departments.
