About the role

We are looking for a Red Team Operator to join our offensive security team on a 12‑month remote contract based in Colombia. The role focuses on simulating real‑world cyber‑attacks to assess and improve enterprise security posture.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute authorized adversary simulations and penetration tests across enterprise environments.
Identify security weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with blue‑team and security operations to enhance detection and response capabilities.
Leverage AI‑enabled security workflows to improve offensive security efficiency.

Required profile

3–5 years of professional experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or adversary emulation.
Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and modern TTPs.
Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, enterprise networking, and web application security.
Experience with command‑and‑control frameworks, privilege escalation, post‑exploitation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to operate red‑team infrastructure including domains, DNS, TLS certificates, VPNs, proxies, cloud services, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
