Red Team Operator (Remote – Colombia)

About the role
We are looking for a Red Team Operator to join our offensive security team on a 12‑month remote contract based in Colombia. The role focuses on simulating real‑world cyber‑attacks to assess and improve enterprise security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute authorized adversary simulations and penetration tests across enterprise environments.
- Identify security weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with blue‑team and security operations to enhance detection and response capabilities.
- Leverage AI‑enabled security workflows to improve offensive security efficiency.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of professional experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or adversary emulation.
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and modern TTPs.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, enterprise networking, and web application security.
- Experience with command‑and‑control frameworks, privilege escalation, post‑exploitation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to operate red‑team infrastructure including domains, DNS, TLS certificates, VPNs, proxies, cloud services, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
