About the role

Raymond Search Group is seeking a full‑time Remote Executive Recruiter to join its high‑performance team. You will partner with top‑tier construction, engineering and architecture firms to source and place senior talent that drives their growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end search engagements, from client intake to offer acceptance.
• Conduct targeted outreach, cold‑calling and creative sourcing to attract A‑plus candidates.
• Interview, qualify and pitch opportunities with precision.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive decision‑makers.
• Track and own metrics, celebrating wins and learning from setbacks.
• Leverage data, tools and innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
