Remote Legal Intake Specialist – Personal Injury

About the role

LeVar Law is seeking a compassionate Remote Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective personal injury clients. You will help create a welcoming, professional experience while gathering essential case information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collect detailed information about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and liability.
• Evaluate and document potential claims in case management and lead tracking systems.
• Schedule consultations, maintain attorney calendars, and guide clients through onboarding.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with firm policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, legal intake, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of non‑retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, calm demeanor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while preserving confidentiality.
