Remote Mobile Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Mobile Developer to join our AI training program across Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.
