About the role
The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with local retailers and driving sales of EZVIZ smart security products across Colombia. This role focuses on optimal product placement, execution of joint marketing initiatives, and ensuring strong sell‑out performance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for category managers and buyers of local retailers, negotiating floor space, shelf positioning and promotional slots.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans with key partners such as Homecenter.
- Analyze weekly sell‑in and sell‑out data, monitor inventory levels and design localized promotional activities.
- Conduct regular store visits, supervise in‑store promoters and coordinate logistics for new product displays.
- Manage channel budgets, including rebates and marketing funds, and ensure accurate execution of commercial agreements.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in Retail or Key Account Management, preferably within Colombia.
- Background in Home Center or major DIY/Home Improvement retailers (e.g., Easy, Constructor) is highly preferred.
- Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency for reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently to cities such as Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.
Required skills
- Excel for data analysis and reporting.
