Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Hybrid – Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global technology company. The SDR will be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned market.
• Generate interest through calls, emails and prospecting tools.
• Qualify commercial opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information in Salesforce.
• Analyze market trends and provide relevant insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Economics, International Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business development, prospecting, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Strong organization, autonomy and results orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
