Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

You will design, scale, and optimise cloud‑based infrastructure for global clients while working with a distributed LATAM DevOps team. The role focuses on reliability, automation and performance of production workloads in complex hybrid environments, enabling continuous delivery and platform stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise scalable cloud infrastructure together with engineers and architects.
• Implement monitoring and alerting processes to accelerate issue detection and improve platform performance.
• Manage Kubernetes environments, ensuring stable application deployments and reducing operational risk.
• Build and enhance infrastructure automation using Terraform and configuration‑management tools.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with modern tools to streamline testing and delivery across environments.
• Integrate cloud and on‑premises resources to enable hybrid solutions and increase operational flexibility.
• Apply DevOps and DevSecOps practices to strengthen security and optimise workflows.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous platform improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and Helm deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking protocols and command‑line troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services such as IAM, VPC, compute and network security.
• Experience with configuration‑management tools like Salt, Chef or Puppet.
• Proficient scripting skills in Python, Bash or Shell for automation.
• Effective communication, collaboration with cross‑functional teams and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
