Senior Director, FP&A – B2B

About the role

The Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the B2B segment will report to the Liberty Caribbean CFO and shape the financial strategy and performance of the B2B business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term financial strategies for the B2B segment, covering P&L and liquidity.
• Lead end‑to‑end financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide data‑driven insights using visualization and analytics tools to support business decisions.
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, sales and senior leadership to align financial goals with corporate objectives.
• Drive change‑management initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within a B2B environment, preferably telecommunications.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape financial strategy.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
