Senior Innovation Consultant – AgrifoodTech (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Innovation Consultant to join our Delivery Excellence unit in Bogotá. The role focuses on driving open‑innovation projects and strategic consulting for leading food companies, helping shape the future of AgrifoodTech.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end innovation projects for corporate partners, delivering high‑quality business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Apply industry‑leading methodologies to design and run open‑innovation programs.
• Identify and implement operational improvements for new services and processes.
• Provide proactive strategic advisory to corporate innovation teams, spotting opportunities and new business models.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation consulting or strategy development, preferably in the food, AgrifoodTech or related sectors.
• University degree or relevant technical certification.
• Advanced knowledge of technical tasks and professional disciplines within the food industry.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering innovation or strategy consulting projects.
• Strong client‑relationship management experience.
