About the role

Eatable Adventures is seeking a Senior Innovation Consultant to drive open innovation and strategic projects in the AgrifoodTech sector. Based in Bogotá, you will work within the Delivery Excellence unit, connecting corporate partners, startups, and investors to shape the future of food technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic consulting projects for leading food companies, ensuring high‑quality execution and robust business cases.
• Apply advanced innovation methodologies and manage open‑innovation programs across the AgrifoodTech ecosystem.
• Optimize operational processes, influence new service development, and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide proactive strategic advisory to corporate innovation teams, identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnership success.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation consulting or strategy development, preferably within the food, AgrifoodTech, or related sectors.
• University degree or relevant technical certification.
• Proven track record of leading and managing innovation or strategy consulting projects, including planning, client engagement, and execution.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to anticipate corporate innovation needs.
