Senior Manager, Physical Security & Crisis Management

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Physical Security and Crisis Management across its regional facilities. The role combines strategic security partnership development with hands‑on crisis response, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Security and E&PS peers to define and execute regional security partnership strategies.
• Provide input to global security training programs and ensure regional rollout.
• Oversee security contracts, vendor management, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments, root‑cause analyses, and ensure compliance with J&J Global Security standards.
• Lead regional Crisis Management Team (CMT) meetings, establish decision‑making processes, and coordinate real‑time information flow during incidents.
• Collaborate with security providers, Global Security, and E&PS to close corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as the regional SME for security, supporting contractor governance and continuous improvement.
• Share lessons learned, best practices, and emerging security trends with organizational peers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in physical security and crisis management within a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Experience managing security contracts, vendors, and regional security programs.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing senior leaders during crises.
