Senior Production Designer – Short Term – Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Production Designer to join a digital‑first creative agency on a short‑term basis. You will work closely with internal teams, product owners, designers and partner agencies to deliver high‑quality visual assets for leading brands across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, designers and agencies to execute visual production work.
• Create, update and maintain production‑ready assets for web, mobile and marketing channels.
• Prepare clean, organized and scalable design files that follow client conventions and workflows.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, visual consistency and quality expectations.
• Optimize production workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support iterative design processes through revisions, updates and feedback implementation.
• Maintain consistency across multiple versions, formats and screen sizes.
• Participate in design QA and asset validation when needed.
• Communicate proactively about blockers, timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Production Design, Visual Design or Digital Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work for digital products and marketing assets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed and quality.
• Experience working in fast‑paced agency or creative environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Sketch.
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Ability to prepare clean, developer‑friendly design files.
