Senior Project Manager – Technology Delivery & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology and infrastructure projects for enterprise and government environments in Bogotá. The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence two to three days per week, and involves direct interaction with customers, vendors and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Manage customer‑facing engagements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and third parties.
• Review contractual deliverables and ensure all obligations are fulfilled.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams such as infrastructure deployment, product configuration, testing, validation, acceptance, training and change management.
• Monitor and report project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing regular executive‑level status updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, reporting and quality standards.
• Drive collaboration among remote and multicultural teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles in structured delivery environments.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing project demands.
• Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
