About the role
We are looking for a forward‑thinking Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment strategy for our Bogotá office. You will own the full‑cycle hiring process for corporate functions, partnering closely with U.S. stakeholders to attract top‑tier talent and enhance our employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Bogotá‑based roles, from intake to pre‑onboarding.
- Source, engage, and build pipelines of high‑quality candidates using diverse channels.
- Design and continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and communications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and the U.S. recruiting team to keep searches moving with urgency.
- Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency.
- Leverage AI, automation, and recruiting tools to reduce manual work and improve candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure consistent, engaging touchpoints throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions; 7 years preferred.
- Proven ability to work with U.S. teams across time zones.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and follow‑through.
Required skills
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven sourcing and automation tools.
