Senior Recruiter – Bogotá

About the role

Inspire Brands is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment strategy and execution for its Bogotá office. You will own the full‑cycle hiring process for corporate functions, partner with U.S. stakeholders, and drive a data‑driven talent strategy in a fast‑growing, multi‑brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for Bogotá‑based roles, from intake to offer and pre‑onboarding.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent using diverse channels and innovative techniques.
• Design and improve recruiting processes, templates, communications, and workflows for a consistent hiring experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the U.S. recruiting team to keep searches moving with urgency.
• Analyze recruiting data and pipeline insights to identify bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Leverage AI, automation, and recruiting tools to reduce manual work and enhance candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related fields; preferred 7 + years.
• Proven ability to source, build pipelines, and screen candidates for corporate roles.
• Passion for improving recruiting processes through AI and automation.
• Experience working with or supporting a U.S.-based team across time zones.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow‑through.
