Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to join our fully remote staffing team that links Latin American talent with U.S. businesses. The role will own end‑to‑end recruiting workflows, ensuring smooth communication and timely progression of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with candidates across a variety of roles
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for fit before moving them through the process
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Post job openings on LinkedIn
• Keep the candidate database clean, updated, and organized
• Track recruiting pipelines and ensure candidates move through each stage properly
• Communicate updates across recruiting, sales, and social media teams to keep everyone aligned
• Identify when processes need to be prioritized, escalated, or pushed forward
• Maintain a professional and approachable experience for candidates throughout the process
• Take ownership of recruiting workflows and proactively solve issues before they become blockers
• Conduct candidate outreach when necessary to help move processes forward

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or a similar client‑facing role
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly detail‑oriented and organized
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
• Strong follow‑up and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
• Own and be able to use a working computer with high‑speed internet
