About the role

Voov Media is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join its remote team. You will create high‑impact short‑form videos for major social platforms, focusing on audience retention, watch time, engagement and viral potential.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 25–30 polished three‑minute edits per week.
• Craft video narratives that maximize retention and watch time.
• Optimize content for viral performance across social channels.
• Maintain organized project files and meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate progress and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Extensive background editing social‑media video content.
• Strong storytelling instincts and retention‑focused editing style.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
