About the role

As a Shopper Marketing Specialist at Mondelēz International, you will translate marketing strategies into clear point‑of‑sale execution guidelines, ensuring that initiatives drive shopper conversion, category growth, and consistent brand experiences across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of trade‑marketing components of the annual category plan and contract process.
• Interpret market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to inform strategic trade‑marketing decisions.
• Facilitate business‑planning meetings to build sales quotas aligned with annual growth targets.
• Recommend and oversee investment in category‑building activities, ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale.
• Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats for the brand.
• Provide accurate, channel‑specific POS information to uncover business opportunities such as innovations, promotions, pricing, and portfolio adjustments.

• Proven experience in category planning and delivering growth through trade‑marketing leadership.
