SME Portfolio Optimization Manager – Latin America & Caribbean

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead SME Portfolio Optimization across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The role will coordinate initiatives that drive productivity and profitability for micro, small and medium enterprises, acting as the regional orchestrator for portfolio projects.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate and coordinate SME Portfolio Optimization initiatives across North LAC, South LAC and Brazil.
• Serve as the primary bridge between Services teams and the SME organization, ensuring visibility of projects, priorities and status.
• Collaborate closely with SME Product, Sales, Services and Account Management teams to jointly manage and execute initiatives.
• Define success metrics for PO initiatives, track performance and report measurable outcomes.
• Support complex sales processes and negotiations, including services‑funded initiatives and strategic commercial deals.
• Lead regular cross‑regional and cross‑functional alignment sessions to monitor progress and resolve issues.

• Strong cross‑functional coordination and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to support complex negotiations.
