Social Media Manager – Content & Storytelling

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital content. The role is based in Bogotá with a hybrid work model and will help position LENS PR as the benchmark PR brand in LATAM by creating compelling stories and managing our online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and curate storytelling content for newsletters and social channels.
• Manage social media accounts and execute digital paid media campaigns.
• Produce and edit video reels and other multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
• Support the growth of LENS PR’s reputation in the LATAM market.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for digital content, AI and automation.
• Strong interest in the tech and startup ecosystem, both LATAM and global.
• Hybrid work preference in Bogotá, willing to travel as needed.
• Attitude‑driven mindset with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective remote collaboration abilities.
