Solution Engineer - Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention

About the role

Cleafy is looking for a Solution Engineer to act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, Heads of Fraud Management and security leaders at major banks and financial institutions. You will help customers understand how Cleafy’s AI‑driven platform can strengthen cybersecurity defenses, reduce fraud risk and integrate with existing security infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with sales, customer success, product marketing and product teams.
• Engage with CISOs to address perimeter security, external attack mitigation and real‑time fraud management.
• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations and Proof‑of‑Concepts, showcasing integration with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC and network security solutions.
• Conduct deep‑dive technology meetings with customers alongside Product Specialists.
• Represent Cleafy at industry events, security roundtables and executive discussions.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback and contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, professional services or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity, fraud prevention or digital risk.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Public‑speaking experience at cybersecurity conferences or industry panels.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise security stacks, including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC and network security solutions.
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains and modern security architectures.
