Sourcing Manager (Colombia)

About the role

Attesa Coffee is seeking a performance‑driven Sourcing Manager to lead green coffee procurement for its Colombian operations. You will work directly with producers and suppliers, ensuring high‑quality specialty coffee reaches roasters worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective coffee suppliers.
• Lead communication with suppliers via email, phone, and in‑person meetings.
• Manage the sourcing team and oversee the entire green coffee sourcing process.
• Assist the client with commercial pricing, offer lists, and contract negotiations.
• Represent the client at industry fairs, events, and origin trips.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply‑chain management.
• Prior experience in the coffee industry or agricultural commodities is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia with reliable internet access.
