About the role
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to lead a customer acquisition team. In this position you will drive business targets, provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure data integrity in our CRM system while coaching the team to achieve high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly business and customer‑satisfaction targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
- Remove roadblocks, resolve challenges and support sales opportunities.
- Monitor call time, productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Analyze performance and customer‑experience trends to develop strategic sales plays.
- Stay informed on market and client‑service developments and share insights with the team.
- Act as escalation point for client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate reporting, forecasting and incentive programs with the client contact.
Required profile
- 1+ year proven experience in a customer‑service sales role or 6+ months in B2B sales.
- Passion for customer experience and team results.
- Experience in operations, strategy building and change management.
- Strong coaching history with a record of developing and retaining employees.
- Demonstrated ability to maximize revenue through best practices.
Required skills
- Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
