Main Missions

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both industrial/factory production roles and corporate positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define precise job profiles and talent requirements.
• Proactively source high-potential candidates using advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure continuous staffing readiness.
• Manage the entire recruitment workflow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a premium candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment strategies and analyze key performance metrics.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an industrial or healthcare environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
