About the role

Join ttg Talent Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and lead full‑cycle recruitment for executive and managerial positions in the U.S. market. You will work on‑site in Medellín, collaborating with clients to source top‑tier talent and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets related to recruitment volume and quality.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other tools.
• Partner with client companies to understand culture, role requirements, and expectations.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay informed on U.S. market trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in commission‑based or performance‑driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1) – written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
