About the role
INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates through the recruitment process, helping the company connect top talent with leading businesses worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Review online candidate profiles to determine overall fit.
- Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
- Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivations, and logical reasoning.
- Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
