Team Leader – Business Development for Forex Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader – Business Development to drive growth across Latin American markets for an international, regulated Forex brokerage. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, expand client relationships with professional traders, institutional investors, introducing brokers and strategic partners, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and continuously train Business Development Managers across LATAM.
• Set clear KPIs, sales targets and performance expectations; foster a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across FX, CFDs, equities, derivatives, crypto and multi‑asset solutions.
• Expand and manage relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, money managers, institutional clients and professional traders.
• Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding coordination and account growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, brokerage products and client trading needs.
• Consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach with a strong track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to mentor, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
