Training Center General Manager

About the role

CAE is seeking a seasoned leader to head its training center. The role combines operational oversight with strategic direction, ensuring the centre delivers high‑quality simulation and training services while supporting CAE’s mission of safety and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the training centre, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure training programs meet aviation standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to align centre activities with overall company strategy.
• Drive business growth through client relationship management and service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven operational experience in a similar environment.
• Previous experience leading teams, preferably in aviation or simulation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Preferable background in aviation.
