Web & UI/UX Designer

About the role

KITSCH is seeking a talented Web & UI/UX Designer to shape the visual experience of its e‑commerce platform. You will create compelling, user‑friendly designs that align with the brand’s upbeat and accessible aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Design at least 10 eye‑catching home page banners each month, following brand guidelines.
• Refresh category imagery monthly to keep the site current.
• Create icons and visual assets that support various website sections.
• Lead wireframe and prototype development to map user journeys.
• Produce responsive, mobile‑first assets for flawless performance across devices.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Technology on project scope and timelines.
• Run A/B tests on design variations and apply insights to improve engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to launch, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and customer‑focused visual design.
• Self‑starter capable of delivering high‑quality concepts on schedule.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI/UX design.
• Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Expertise in responsive and mobile‑first web design.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
