Website Graphic Designer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

CS3 Investments is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Website Graphic Designer to craft modern, responsive digital experiences. The role blends web design, graphic creation, and bilingual communication to support the firm’s real‑estate investment brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites using Framer.
• Create graphic assets and marketing materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Maintain consistency across all digital assets and branding elements.
• Optimize layouts and user experiences to boost engagement and conversions.
• Manage multiple projects, keep organized workflows, and meet deadlines.
• Proactively suggest ideas to improve design quality and user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Framer for website design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Highly organized with solid project and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
