Young Professional Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. This remote position offers the chance to support end‑to‑end hiring processes for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles while learning from experienced senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and coordinating interviews.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
