About the role
The Account Manager will drive sales growth for Graco’s premium fluid‑handling and dispensing solutions within an assigned territory. Working closely with the sales organization, you will build and sustain a profitable customer base by identifying revenue opportunities, tailoring solutions to client needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans that align with Graco’s distribution strategy, targeting both new accounts and key existing customers.
- Identify, establish, and nurture effective sales channels, creating targeted marketing initiatives to maximise product reach.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, using CRM tools to document interactions, follow‑ups, and service requests.
- Conduct regular site visits and outreach to industrial contractors and facility managers to assess needs and promote Graco solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross‑functional teams to create promotional materials and improve product visibility.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance metrics to adjust strategies and drive results.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions.
