AI Evaluation Specialist – Small Business Operations (Remote)

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking Spanish‑speaking professionals with hands‑on experience running or supporting small businesses to join a 10‑week AI evaluation project. You will help assess how modern AI systems handle real‑world SMB scenarios across customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business prompts reflecting common small‑business situations.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, reviewing both text and visual outputs.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and relevance to business needs.
• Analyze AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and workflow artifacts.
• Provide structured comparative feedback, scoring, and detailed evaluation reports.
• Test AI handling of customer communication, operational, and financial scenarios.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English.
• Practical experience with small businesses such as bakeries, salons, retail shops, or service providers.
• Strong understanding of SMB workflows, marketing, finance, and operational processes.
• Ability to work 20‑40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of overlap in PST.

Required skills

• Experience evaluating AI‑generated content (text and visuals).
• Familiarity with business documentation, CRM workflows, budgeting, and market analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, structured feedback.
