Brand Systems Design Specialist

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Brand Systems Design Specialist to translate brand standards into scalable, user‑friendly templates and assets across its global organization. Reporting to the Director of Brand Design, you will operationalize visual identity guidelines and ensure consistent brand execution on both creative and productivity platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain branded templates in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Create core brand assets such as iconography systems, curated photography collections, and environmental graphics.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and instructional materials to support adoption of brand tools.
• Organize, version‑control, and distribute asset libraries across regions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and refine deliverables before release.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines across all distribution channels.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand design and visual identity systems.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color standards, and grid structures.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in visual communications or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
