Remote Reels Editor (Short-form Video)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Reels Editor to craft short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and podcasts. You will work 100% remotely, turning raw creator footage into scroll‑stopping reels that align with each creator’s brand and personality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content, highlighting moments that resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model’s voice.
• Ensure platform compliance, including proper framing, audio quality and age‑appropriate content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact.
• Maintain daily output while improving speed and quality over time.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Ability to identify viral moments and execute polished edits quickly.
• Demonstrated creative ownership and aesthetic vision.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in CapCut.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro is highly valued.
• Professional workflow on macOS.
