Senior Product Designer

About the role

Telepatia is building AI‑powered enterprise platforms that transform how hospitals manage clinical and operational data. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of these AI‑native tools for executives, auditors, and clinical leaders across Brazil and Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI‑native enterprise workflows for healthcare operations and dashboards for hospital leadership.
• Translate dense clinical and operational datasets into intuitive, data‑dense interfaces.
• Create “Human‑in‑the‑Loop” validation and auditing experiences for health enterprises.
• Develop UX patterns for AI‑generated insights, recommendations, and protocol deviations.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically scalable.
• Define interaction paradigms for AI‑assisted enterprise software and contribute to design systems.
• Conduct deep immersion sessions with operators, auditors, and hospital teams to uncover workflow nuances.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience, preferably on complex B2B or workflow‑heavy products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking and systems‑oriented design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with comfort operating in ambiguity and fast‑paced startup environments.
• Attention to detail and high craftsmanship in visual and interaction design.

Required skills

• Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows.
