Customer Support & Content Moderator (Medellin)

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a motivated teammate to join its Medellin team as a Content Moderator. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live‑chat inquiries, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
• Provide accurate, timely responses via email and live‑chat.
• Resolve customer complaints while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and experience scores.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement programs.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in regular training and self‑development.
