About the role
TaskUs is looking for a motivated teammate to join its Medellin team as a Content Moderator. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live‑chat inquiries, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
- Provide accurate, timely responses via email and live‑chat.
- Resolve customer complaints while adhering to quality guidelines.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and experience scores.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement programs.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in regular training and self‑development.
