About the role
Our client is seeking a passionate, well‑traveled Luxury Travel Sales Consultant who will design bespoke travel experiences for high‑net‑worth clients. Working remotely, you will combine consultative sales, itinerary creation and high‑touch service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships through a personalized, consultative approach.
- Design customized luxury travel itineraries that reflect each client’s preferences, lifestyle and budget.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from proposal drafting to booking confirmation and post‑travel follow‑up.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers, negotiate rates and oversee trip logistics.
- Provide exceptional client support before, during and after travel, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee flawless execution of each itinerary.
- Contribute to client retention, referrals and overall business growth.
Required profile
- Extensive personal travel experience and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and consultative sales abilities.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
