Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (US Pacific Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for support roles serving our US‑based clients. This full‑time, remote position works on US Pacific Time hours and offers long‑term growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of support positions.
• Conduct intake calls with clients and translate requirements into hiring criteria.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in Workable and keep tracking documents up to date.
• Lead first‑round interviews and coordinate scheduling across PDT/PST time zones.
• Report on funnel metrics, time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to shape hiring strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and outbound outreach.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Own a laptop/desktop with reliable high‑speed internet.
• Availability to work US Pacific Time hours consistently, 40 hours per week, exclusively for S4D.

Required skills

• Workable (or similar ATS) proficiency.
