HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Generalist supports TNC’s People Team across nine Latin American countries and ten business units. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Latin America, the role ensures consistent HR services, compliance with local labor laws, and effective use of HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional Workday expert, handling system queries, incident tracking, and best‑practice communication.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses in Workday for management.
• Build strong partnerships with People Team stakeholders and regional leaders to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
• Advise on job descriptions, grade levels, and compensation targets, ensuring alignment with TNC policies and local legislation.
• Support recruitment activities, including job description review, outreach channel identification, recruitment material creation, candidate screening, and offer letter processing.
• Manage contracts and invoices for external recruitment and HR service providers.
• Facilitate onboarding and employee experience initiatives to ensure a consistent and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition partner in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation across Latin America.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for employees and managers at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global People teams and regional stakeholders.
