Mid Recruiter – US Market (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Mid Recruiter to support our client’s talent acquisition needs for the United States market. This fully remote position is based in LATAM and works closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and internal teams to attract top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via resumes, pre‑screening questions, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct initial video interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, ATS records, and recruiting metrics.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support candidates during early onboarding stages.
• Standardize job descriptions, evaluation criteria, and recruiting workflows.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as time‑to‑fill and hiring volume.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Independent work style with effective collaboration across remote teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Indeed Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
